Ingredients

  • 1.5lt pre-prepared chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce (Kecap Manis)
  • 2 cm ginger root
  • 2 red chillies
  • 20 Marathon Chicken Mini Dim Sims

Method

  1. Place the stock and sweet soy in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Finely slice the chillies, peel and grate the ginger root and add both to the stock. Bring the stock to the boil and simmer gently for a minute or two.
  3. Add the Chicken Mini Dim Sims to the stock and simmer gently until the Chicken Mini Dim Sims are thoroughly heated through, about 6-8 minutes. The Chicken Mini Dim Sims will begin to float as they cook. Serve.
