How to enter:

To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

  • visit the Marathon Foods Instagram page at @marathonfoods
  • locate the Billy’s Big Dimmie Shout promotional post
  • comment on the promotional post with an answer to the promotional question: “Which Cats player would you shout dimmies with and why?” in 25 words or less
  • like the promotional post and
  • follow @marathonfoods on Instagram.

Entries permitted: Limit one (1) entry permitted per person.

Eligible entrants: Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 18 years of age or over.

Promotional period: Start time/date: 9:00 am AEST on Monday, 27 July 2026 End time/date: 11:59 pm AEST on Sunday, 9 August 2026

Winner determination: 

Judging:

  • The winner will be determined by representatives of the Promoter.
  • Each valid entry will be judged based on the originality, creative merit and relevance of the answer provided to the promotional question.
  • The best valid entry, as determined by the judges, will win the prize specified below.
  • The judges may select additional reserve entries which they determine to be the next best entries, and record them in order, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant.
  • The winner will be determined by skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
  • The judges’ decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

The prize is a Billy’s Big Dimmie Shout experience for the winner and three (3) guests, at the Geelong Cats Pivots Function for the AFL Round 24 match between Geelong Cats and Richmond at GMHBA Stadium.

The prize includes:

  • four (4) tickets to the Geelong Cats Pivots Function
  • premium seating and match-day hospitality
  • gourmet two-course dining experience and premium beverage package
  • access to the Pivots Function hosted by Billy Brownless and Barry Stoneham, with guest speakers

  • one (1) car park pass
  • one (1) Marathon merchandise pack, including:
  • one (1) x Marathon cap
  • two (2) x Marathon beanies
  • two (2) x Marathon t-shirts
  • one (1) 2026 Geelong Cats team signed guernsey; and
  • a Billy Brownless meet-and-greet opportunity, where Billy Brownless will personally present the prize pack to the winning recipient in the Pivots Function and take a photo with the winner.

 

 

Further Prize Details: 

This prize relates to the 2026 AFL Round 24 game between Geelong Cats and Richmond at GMHBA Stadium in Victoria. The exact date and time of the match, when confirmed by the AFL and/or event organisers, will be communicated to the winner. The match is expected to fall during the week commencing 17 August 2026. If the winner is unwilling or unable to attend at the designated time for the event, they forfeit the prize, and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize. · All costs associated with travel to and from any event forming part of the prize will be the responsibility of the winner and their guests, including transport, accommodation, parking beyond the included car park pass, flights, meals outside the stated prize inclusions and any other incidental expenses. · The tickets and hospitality elements of the prize are subject to the event venue, AFL, Geelong Football Club and ticketing terms and conditions, including any applicable age restrictions, entry conditions, responsible service of alcohol requirements and codes of conduct. · The Promoter, Geelong Football Club, GMHBA Stadium, AFL and event organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to, or eject, the winner and/or any guest for inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, offensive conduct, failure to comply with venue rules, or any conduct that may bring the Promoter, Geelong Football Club, Billy Brownless, the AFL or the event into disrepute. · Any costs over and above the stated prize inclusions are at the winner and their guests’ expense.

 

Winner notification: The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message within seven (7) days of the judging. The winner may also be publicly announced by Marathon Foods and/or Geelong Football Club during the week commencing Monday, 10 August 2026.

 

Unclaimed Prizes: If the prize is not claimed within the timeframe specified by the Promoter, or if the selected winner is deemed invalid or ineligible, the Promoter may, at its discretion, award the prize to the entry judged the next best valid entry, conduct a further judging to award the prize, or withdraw the prize unawarded. The Promoter is under no obligation to award any unclaimed prize.
