Beef and Bean Nachos

• Serves 2-4 • Preparation time 10 minutes


  • 1 x 300g packet of Marathon Chef Direct con Carne
  • 1 x 230g packet Corn Chips
  • 1 cup grated tasty cheese
  • 1/2 cup tomato salsa, chopped avocado and sour cream to serve


  1. Remove con Carne from outer pack and cut top off plastic pouch, place pouch in microwave safe bowl. Reheat on high for 3 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes. Stir ingredients thoroughly.
  2.  Preheat oven to 180°C
  3.  Arrange corn chips on a heatproof plate. Top with con Carne, sprinkle with cheese.
  4.  Place on middle rack and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until hot and cheese is melted and golden brown.
  5. Top with tomato salsa, chopped avocado and sour cream. Serve.
