Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Method

  1. In a small bowl, lightly mix the yoghurt and finely chopped mint together until combined thoroughly.
  2. Add the lemon juice and mix. Serve in a dipping bowl surrounded by our delicious Thom Thum Gourmet Mini Rolls.

Note: For a more intense flavour, allow to rest in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
