Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
Method
- In a small bowl, lightly mix the yoghurt and finely chopped mint together until combined thoroughly.
- Add the lemon juice and mix. Serve in a dipping bowl surrounded by our delicious Thom Thum Gourmet Mini Rolls.
Note: For a more intense flavour, allow to rest in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
