1.5 litres (6 cups) chicken stock
1-2 fresh chillies, finely sliced
1 teaspoon ginger root, peeled
1-2 cloves garlic, crushed
4 spring onions, finely sliced
bok choy leaves and coriander to garnish.
Heat stock until boiling and add flavourings. Add 3-4 Mini Dim Sims per serve, simmer for 3 minutes. garnish with coriander leaves.
Toss cooked Mini Spring Rolls in toasted sesame seeds. Wrap with ribbons of small cucumber, secure with toothpick. Serve with Sweet Chilli Sauce.
Serves 4-6 people.
