Detailed documentation of specifications, work instructions and procedures
Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Documented Approved Supplier Program which provides a high level of confidence that all purchased materials are safe and meet quality criteria
Scheduled routine testing of products and raw materials by a NATA registered laboratory for presence/absence of food poisoning and spoilage microorganisms
Sophisticated foreign object detections systems which include X Ray & Metal detection.

Strict process control is coupled with trend analysis techniques to monitor plant performance and all other test results. Documented and fully implemented cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure the manufacturing facility meets the strictest hygiene standards. Microbiological testing of surfaces ensures that the cleaning and sanitation process is effective.
Rigorous inspection and auditing programs by various bodies provide further assurance that documented quality initiatives are implemented and validated.
