DEEP FRIED
Heat frying oil to 180°C. Place frozen Mini Dim Sims into the hot oil and cook for 4 minutes. Remove and place on absorbent paper. Let stand for 2 minutes.
STEAMED
Place thawed Dim Sims in a steamer containing boiling water and heat for 8 minutes.
MICROWAVE
Place frozen Dim Sims in a microwave-safe container with 1 teaspoon of water per dim sim. Cover and cook on high for approx. 50sec per Dim Sim (this will vary as microwave ovens have different outputs). Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
APPLIANCES VARY CONSIDERABLY, PLEASE ADJUST COOKING TIMES IF NECESSARY.

Storage Instructions
Store at or below -18°C at all times. Do not refreeze thawed or cooked product.
Thawing Instructions
Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Once thawed use within 24 hours.
