DEEP FRIED
Heat frying oil to 180°C. Place frozen Mini Dim Sims into the hot oil and cook for 4 minutes.
Remove and place on absorbent paper. Let stand for 2 minutes.
STEAMED
Steam frozen Mini Dim Sims over rapidly boiling water for 8 minutes.
MICROWAVE
Remove outer clear wrap and add 1 teaspoon of water to tray.
Cover dish with food wrap and heat on high for 2.5 - 3 minutes.
APPLIANCES VARY CONSIDERABLY, PLEASE ADJUST COOKING TIMES IF NECESSARY.

Storage Instructions
Store at or below -18°C at all times. Do not refreeze thawed or cooked product.
Thawing Instructions
Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Once thawed use within 24 hours.
